How to become TED eSenders

1. Registration

TED eSender candidate will receive an eSender identifier which give you the possibility to send xml notices through eSentool application via web services or email protocol.

2. Qualification

Qualification is the procedure, consisting of acceptance of your project, testing and XML files sent for publication must conform to the standards defined by the Publications Office. eSentool helps you to follow-up qualification process.

3. Production

Once qualified, TED eSender is authorized to send notices in Production and follow them until they are published on the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) Website.
