How to become TED eSenders

1. Registration

TED eSender candidate will receive an eSender identifier which gives the possibility to send XML notices through eSentool application via web services or email protocol.

2. Qualification

Qualification is the procedure consisting in the acceptance of eSender's project and testing the XML files. The files sent for publication must be conform to the standards defined by the Publications Office. eSentool helps to follow-up the qualification process.

3. Production

Once qualified, the TED eSender is authorised to send notices in Production and follow them up until they are published in TED Website.
